We could walk to shops and restaurants. Plus there was plenty of space for 8 to gather and communication with the host was great. However, as we got further into our stay there were several cleanliness issues. One perk of this rental is plenty of dishes! But many had food caked on them in the cabinets. Along with utensils that were sticky and in the drawer. Several appliances have seen better days and don't work properly. We were looking forward to using the pool because it was HOT.. But it had not been cleaned out and the water was really stagnate. So we skipped it all together. A couple of friends stayed in the guest house which is on the rustic side and had mold on the shower walls. Overall the property is nice, but the house needs a bit of TLC for the price point. ##### Jillian H. The only reason I gave it a 4 on the cleanliness, was due to a dead roach that was in the lobby when we arrived.
