Getting Around: The nearest international airport is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) 8 miles | 13 km away. We recommend getting around by car. There‘s free covered parking for one vehicle and also free street parking. You can also use Uber and Lyft in Austin. Travis Heights is a wonderful residential neighborhood filled with unique upscale homes, a beautiful park and a natural springs pool that is free for visitors. The neighborhood is next to the South Congress area, Lady Bird Lake and a seven minute drive to downtown Austin. Other Things to Note: Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. We provide some bath essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, toilet paper, and some garbage bags. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay. Pack-n-Play travel crib (with sheets) & high chair are available upon request. Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance. We kindly ask all guests to abide by these HOUSE RULES: \- Travelers must be at least 25 years old or older to book. \- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. \- No parties, events, or illegal activities are permitted, and no excessive noise, especially between 10:00 pm and 7 am, will be tolerated. Please respect the neighbors. \- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. \- Pet-friendly with prior authorization at booking, a signed pet agreement, and a pet fee of $25 per night. Pet fee is requested after booking is confirmed. Two pets max with a combined weight of 60 lbs. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood but also accessible to the Downtown and Soco areas. The house is clean and very modern with a well equipped spacious kitchen. It was very private and quiet with a small yard where you can BBQ. We travel very often and this was one of the nicest properties that we have stayed in. Highly recommended. ##### Clive F. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was provided and we especially appreciated the comfortable bedding and quality sheets and bath towels. There are little signs throughout the property with instructions on how to operate the systems. This owner cares about their property and the comfort of their guests. ##### Amy H. A beautiful home in the heart of South Congress! Staying here made my birthday weekend absolutely perfect. We took advantage of the inexpensive grocery delivery, rode bicycles to and from the shops and restaurants, and just plain relaxed. The house and decor are as lovely in person as they are in the pictures...very comfy too! We were able to cook breakfast together in the nicely appointed kitchen. We were able to reconnect as lifelong friends, but also got to do some professional development and share Optometry practice experiences. It was a heat wave in May, and with a short Uber ride, or a power walk, we maxed out the city life, and returned to a perfect climate oasis of a vacation rental. We loved the location, but the condo itself lacked a cozy, relaxed environment. The cold concrete floors contribute to the sterile feeling. The furniture was sparse in each room and not very comfortable. There outdoor furniture consisted of four rusty, metal chairs and a table to match. The outdoor patio was dirty and covered in leaves and other debris: therefore, there was no place to relax and enjoy the good weather or afternoon sun. The windows are old, so outdoor noises are heard, including the family from the adjoining condo. I give this condo four stars, because the location is really ideal, and with a few changes, could be a fabulous rental. ##### Gwyn L.
