Explore Austin from our modern, cozy 1 BD Condo! An ideal location in the Travis Heights neighborhood with all the comforts of home. Just a short stroll to South Congress Avenue with amazing restaurants, cafes, and shopping. The home is elevated by gorgeous patterns and thoughtful decor accents. After a day of exploring take a dip in the pool and craft meals in our fully stocked kitchen! And, if you're working remote, super zippy Wi-Fi for all those video calls comes standard. Truly a gem

The condo has a fully equipped kitchen if you prefer to stay in and cook meals. We've included a coffee maker and a few small snacks in the pantry for our guests. The bedroom has extra pillows and quality linens. There are also blackout curtains for those who sleep in late. You’ll find a hairdryer, extra towels, and toilet paper in the bathroom as well as little amenities just in case you forgot something! Guests have access to our beautiful condo pool and outdoor terrace. For those rainy days that you just want to stay in, there are games and puzzles in the living room and a DVD player, as well as Hulu, Prime, and Netflix!

PET POLICY: We charge a $75 per stay pet fee which covers up to two dogs. Please communicate with us that you will be bringing your pet so that we can plan accordingly.
--If you do bring a pet and do not tell us prior to arrival there is a $150 per pet charge.

1. We ask that only responsible pet owners stay with us.
2. Two (2) dogs maximum. We do not allow cats.
3. Pet owners are responsible for their pets and any damages to the condo and/or property.
4. All pets are to be treated with a topical flea and tick repellent three (3)days prior to arrival.
5. Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time.
6. Guests should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
7. Pets will not be left unattended for an undue length of time.
8. No grooming/hair cutting of pets inside.

Other things to note
The condo is located in the Madrid condominium, this building was constructed back in the 1960’s. We have made upgrades to the inside and the building is mid-century.

Austin weekend getaway!
Very clean, neat, and comfortable weekend get away! The Beehive decor was adorable! One of the most cute and comfortable couches we have ever relaxed on! Had all the accommodations that were expected! Definitely would highly recommend and we would love to stay there again sometime soon!

Convenient location to south Congress area. We walked just about every where. The building and room were just as described. A bit of an aged building but everything we needed was just fine. Great communication from the host. Easy entry.
