Spring trip
House was clean and quiet. Little difficult to get to for the first time at night. Recommend getting there during daylight for the first time. Otherwise the house exceeded our expectation and was great.

We stayed here in order to attend a wedding. The home is a bit difficult to find, especially in the dark at night and when you get off the main road there are many sketchy looking properties with old rusty things pilled in the yards. The only issue we had was that both doors going onto the deck did not lock for us, making it unsafe and the basement door had a makeshift lock that still allowed a couple inches of gap. I would recommend an outlet be wired for above the vanity in the master bedroom.

Katherine I understand that you are upset because you showed up two hours early and your door code would not work until check in time. After you called 5 times with in two minutes (I was at a Drs appointment if you remember) I was able to update your code. You then asked for a late fee checkout which we granted. It’s unfortunate you felt the need to write a false retaliatory review on a 5 star property that has been active since 2017. Both doors in fact do lock and our digital guide explains this in detail.

Great lake retreat!
Gorgeous view of the water and surrounding area. We stayed for a few days just before Christmas and it was perfect for family who live in different parts of Texas to meet up for a relaxing getaway. The home is very spacious. There was plenty of room for the kids to be kids and for the adults to have conversation. It was nicely decorated for the holidays. We cooked every meal in the kitchen easily. The home was super clean upon arrival and the host was very communicative and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and we slept great. Highly recommend!

Incredible Views With the Best Sunsets in ATX
OMG!!! Make this the ONLY vacation home you EVER want to stay at on Lake Travis!!! So perfectly decorated, ample space, great chef's kitchen with all the amenities you could possibly need!! Love the home's architectural feel, decorations, and ambiance. We will definitely be booking again for the next Labor Day Weekend, I'm so sorry to yall. Pick another time, but make sure you do!!! Can't wait to try out their other properties!

Great Place for friends who are like family.
Lovely, everything was thought of. The APP was very helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed including dog dishes (we forgot ours). The view was lovely, and the kids enjoyed the paddle boards.

Great Stay
Very much enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful views, right on the water, and the house was spectacular. The host responded very quickly to every question I had, and she was very accommodating and willing to help. Only down side was that it was very difficult to find an Uber to pick us up from the location. However, it was easy to find Ubers from Austin to the property. Overall, this was a fantastic experience

Family Holiday Getaway
Lakewood Estates is a beautiful 3BR home on Lake Travis that my family and I thoroughly enjoyed on our holiday getaway. I have stayed in a number of vrbo properties over the last few years, and this is by far the cleanest and most well-equipped home I have ever rented. The ownership/management was unbelievably gracious and responsive with regard to any update, question, or concern. They even went so far as to purchase, assemble, and deliver a new grill on a moment's notice so that we could cook out that evening. I can't recommend this property highly enough, and very much look forward to renting from them again. TL

Tucked Away Lake View Gem
A Stay Above The Rest made our visit here so convenient and easy. Checking in and out was a breeze, the house was clean and looked just like the pictures. When I called to reserve, I let them know my elderly mother would be with us. I sure appreciated the staff clarifying that the hill is very steep down to the water, lots of stairs. The outdoor grill and well equipped kitchen made for some great meals and family time together. Thanks for a great stay!

It was a lovely, roomy home. With three floors, I kept forgetting what level I was on. The furnishings were very nice, and we enjoyed cooking and eating our meals at the dining table overlooking the lake. Whenever we had a need or question, the management was quick to respond. Together with family, we hiked at a park nearby with a beautiful view of the Pedernale River. Thanks for everything!

Great time at the lake!

Beautiful property in a quiet and remote area
Teresa’s lake house was absolutely beautiful and it met all of our needs for a stay on Lake Travis. Having access to a shared private dock proved to be the highlight of our stay there. The house had ample space both indoors and outdoors to relax and enjoy the view. Teresa was very responsive at every step of the way, from booking to check in, as well as during our stay. I would recommend this listing to friends and family who want to visit Lake Travis or Austin and I would love to stay there again sometime!

Great lakeside escape
We stayed during spring break and the house did not disappoint. Plenty of room for the entire family and the dog. We really enjoyed the lake view and the wildlife in and around the house. Would love to return in the summer when we could enjoy the lake more!

Great house and views
We enjoyed our stay the house has plenty of room we had two families of 4. The dock area allowed for great swimming and fishing. We brought our boat and for that it’s tough. You can’t use the dock to tie of on and due to the wake there you don’t want to I understand why they don’t allow. Briar cliff marina has slips its 4 miles away. Beyond the boat access it was great for us. The owner was super responsive while on her own vacation. Recommend for a family for sure.

Beautiful home in a great location
The home was beautiful and location perfect for our annual trip to Lake Travis. The only downfall was not being able to use the boat dock except for loading and unloading- which was a huge reason i chose this property. Beware if you have a boat call and see if Briarcliff has any boat slips available- they did not when we were there and it was very stressful having to unload and load our boats each day as well as backing down the extremely steep driveway. Owner was very helpful when we had questions upon arrival. Thank you for the use of your beautiful home.

River Paradise
We really enjoyed our time at this lovely home. There is plenty of room inside with the multiple seating areas and plenty outside too on the gorgeous grounds. There are numerous big screen TV’s with very good picture quality. The house has three decks, one shaded, so you can relax in the sun when you want to, or chill in the shade when you need to. Great for your babies or seniors who don’t want to get too much sun. There is the potential for water sport fun too. The house has everything you need, bring in the beer, wine and groceries, and you’ll never have to leave!
