We went with 9 people and weren’t cramped at all. I would say if brought the max amount of people (16) you would be a little cramped. If you have 10-13 people would be ideal and no one would really have to share beds. The bonus house in the backyard was really cool! With a group of 10-13 I would 100% come again!
