Hi Angela, we understand that your rating may correlate directly with the number of times we had to reach out to you in regard to noise complaints that we received from your neighboring guests. I get how frustrating that may be, however we have a responsibility to all of our guests to ensure that we are following up with and addressing their concerns when it comes to noise or disturbances. If we could offer a suggestion for your future travels it would be to request a first floor room so that you can minimize the chances of the hotel staff having to follow up with you about noise from neighbors below you. In this instance, we were not able to offer you a relocation due to our occupancy and the type of room you reserved. We encourage all of our valued guests to consider the impact their actions have on others.

Great experience staying at this hotel. Eddie at the front desk during the night shift was amazing!! I was worried about my room so I called then I checked in he remembered our phone call and ensured I was fully taken care of. Thank you

I booked this hotel a few months in advance, disclosed that had two pets and I was staying with two other adults, we all came in through the front door, and I signed a pet agreement, when I came in the room was dirty, told management about this and they changed our room but he said I was lying about my pets, I told him very respectfully that I had notified them about my pets and they said I had to leave the hotel, the manager left without explanation and the owner decided to side with him, the customer service was awful and they were very rude.

Armando, Thank you for your feedback and the opportunity to answer to your concerns. While we strive to ensure every guest's stay is pleasant, it's clear that in this instance, there were significant challenges. We'd like to address these to clarify our stance and actions taken.The situation regarding your room booking was straightforward: the type of room booked was provided upon arrival. Our records confirm there was no error in the allocation of your room type. It was unfortunate that a change to a different room type was not possible due to availability constraints.Additionally I can assure you that the room was inspected prior to your arrival as well as after you left and the cleanliness level met our stringent guidelines. We simply apologized to you for the issues you reported and relocated you quickly so that we could figure out where we may have fallen short. In reviewing everything, we did see that the room was cleaned by one of our new housekeeping trainees - and thought it appropriate to offer you the information of "why" some things may have fallen short -- however, after checking our logs and even the sofa bed that you reported to be "disgusting" there were no issues found and in actuality the new housekeeping staff member did follow our cleaning process fully. Regarding the tense and threatening situation at our reception desk from you, regrettably that is not something that we as managers and even our owner (who was present) take lightly. It's important to note that maintaining a respectful and safe environment for all our guests and staff is paramount. When interactions become disruptive, we are obligated to take actions that ensure the well-being of everyone on our property. This includes refusing service if necessary, a measure we never take lightly, and ultimately calling law enforcement to ensure the issue ended in a safe manner. Your own daughter even agreed that you were being disrespectful and angry at our desk and that you needed to calm down and leave the area. That was the same for myself because my owner stepped in to ensure that the situation did not further escalate, which is why I left the reception area. Often times it is clear when people forget that we, as hospitality workers and staff, are humans as well and speaking to us with disrespect and trying to defraud us is something that may cause a reaction that would not be expected. Regarding the pet fee, we adhere strictly to ADA guidelines, which distinguish between service animals and emotional support animals. Our policy and the associated fees are clearly outlined on all our booking platforms and were acknowledged when you signed a pet agreement at check-in. This policy ensures fairness and transparency for all our guests, including those with service animals. The main issue here was that you first stated that you knew nothing about a pet fee, of which clearly you did. Your concerns were taken seriously, leading to the decision to cancel your

I arrived jet lagged and exhausted at 1am and had to wait almost 30 minutes before I could get to my room. There was an issue between communication between Expedia and the hotel so I hd to sit there in detention while they figured it out. I offered to have them charge the card that I had just put on file while the issue got worked out. I don’t understand why I had to sit there and wait. Worst experience ever!

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced upon your arrival at our hotel. We understand that arriving at 1 am and having to wait almost 30 minutes before accessing your room was frustrating, especially after a long journey.We would like to clarify the circumstances regarding the communication issue between Expedia and our hotel reservation system. Unfortunately, the reservation that was made through Expedia at midnight did not come over to our system correctly. It lacked a confirmation number and was incomplete, making it impossible for us to check you in promptly. Moreover, it was the last available room in our hotel, which further complicated the situation.We want to assure you that we take full responsibility for how the situation was handled, and we appreciated your patience during that time. Our Guest Service Associate promptly reached out to me, and at that time I was able to see that we would need to liaise directly with Expedia to resolve the issue.It is important to note that while we cannot control the processes that occur with third-party booking platforms like Expedia, we do take pride in our ability to respond effectively when such issues arise. We understand that this was an unfortunate occurrence, especially as it had never happened to our Guest Service Associate before. However, we are committed to learning from this experience and taking steps to improve our response moving forward.I do want to reiterate that we were able to resolve the issue and get you into your room within 20 to 25 minutes from the onset of the issue. We recognize that this wait was still an inconvenience for you, and we apologize for any distress caused, however I do want to mention that our associate did everything that he was supposed to in the situation that popped up.Regarding your offer to charge the card you had just put on file, our ability to accept payment directly from guests is limited when bookings are made through third-party platforms like Expedia, as they handle the prepayment process. We regret any confusion caused by this limitation, however we also recognize that you have a choice where and how you book your last minute hotel needs.Once again, we sincerely apologize for the negative experience you had and the inconvenience you faced. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us as it enables us to identify areas for improvement and enhance our services. We hope you will give us another opportunity to provide you with the superior hospitality experience we strive to offer.
