2. Minimum Stay Requirements:

Weekdays (Sunday–Thursday): No minimum stay.

Weekends & Special Events: Friday and Saturday must be booked together for a 2-night minimum (with occasional 3-night minimums for holidays or major events like SXSW, ACL, F1, etc.). We have a 14-day cancellation policy for special events. We always try to be flexible, so feel free to check in with us!

3. Smoking Policy:

No smoking of any kind inside the house.

Smoking outside is totally fine—just please don’t leave cigarette butts on the ground.


4. No Glitter or Confetti:

It’s basically impossible to clean. Let’s keep it fun, not messy!


5. Pets:

We love pets! Your furry friends are usually very welcome, but please check with us first so we can make sure everything is set up for them. 🐶

Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Had struggles booking both houses on the property due to the listing not being clear. Management overcharged me then credited back the difference to resolve this issue.In addition, I reported the hot tub being extremely dirty with no signs of being cleaned. I sent photos of the condition and was then accused of possibly vomiting in the tub… The next day maintenance came out to clean it and I was credited 300 for the inconvenience.I will not revisit this property again nor would I recommend.
