Heads up: If the temperature drops below 40°F, certain functions of the pool or spa may not be available, including heating. Pet Fee is $300 (max of 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as it causes a lot of extra cleaning for our crew, extra wear, and tear on the house and we have to shampoo the furniture as we have some guests who are allergic to pets.
