While you visit the many places in Austin without your dogs, we respectfully ask that they be crated when leaving them unattended in our home. While we love dogs, we have BREED RESTRICTIONS due to insurance requirements. Security Cameras: For the safety of both guests and the property, we have an exterior cameras actively recording video and audio of the front porch, exterior parking, and front door only. Guests are not to disable or interfere with the broadcast of the camera and are at risk of forfeiting their stay. No tampering. Unless there is excessive activity, the camera is not constantly monitored. Stays over a month: For stays over a month, we do require a monthly or biweekly cleaning to be set up with our cleaner to ensure the cleanliness of our home during your stay, and for our future guest. This cleaning fee of $175 is a separate fee and will be collected after the cleaning. Consumables: We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, and laundry detergent.
