Indoor dining space includes casual barstool seating and a large dining table right off the kitchen. Outside you’ll find one of the home’s most charming areas, the screened-in porch with additional dining space overlooking the private and perfectly manicured backyard. After a delightful meal shared outside, head up the home’s winding staircase to reach the rooftop deck where you can kick back with a drink as the sun sets over the Downtown Austin skyline. This home sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. Bedroom #1 is located on the first floor and is furnished with a king size bed. Bedrooms #2 and #3 are upstairs with a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom in between. The contemporary bathroom offers plenty of space with a large walk-in shower and dual sinks.
