Everything was clean and the amenities were great. The only things we had trouble with were the lock on the patio door. It was very hard to lock/unlock and we had dishwasher issues. The dishwasher wouldn’t work but maintenance came right up and switched out the outlet to run it for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The valet was quick and efficient. View is directly into another high rise but to the east and west is nice. Parking on the street is safe but hard to come by and you still have to pay a lot. Only easy option is the valet, and it is $40/day. In suite laundry is nice and pictures are accurate. It is a nice place. ##### Peggy H. We didnt use the parking so no reviews on that. The only thing i would suggest is make sure your check out info is the same across all communication. It was a little confusing. One said if you had extra time to start the laundry (we didnt) and then anothe message said to just strip sheets. It would be great if it all said the same thing ##### Jessica P. At the intersect of the lake and Rainey street with tons of bars and restaurants. Valet parking was easy and convenient. The gym was new and nice. The pool area on the roof had a great view and lots of places to hang. The lobby had a coffee bar with breakfast tacos and full bar at night with beers on tap and specialty whiskeys. The kitchen had everything you’d need with Bosch appliances that worked great. The building is new, built in 2022, and active with people coming and going. You didn’t feel like you were the only short term renters because the whole building is short term. It’s basically a new apartment hotel with great amenities. The only criticism is that the elevators were slow and there was always a line waiting to go up. ##### Erik R. Pool was clean and not too crowded. The room was clean and beds were extremely comfortable. The pullout bed was not the greatest, but if it's only 1 person you can take the back cushions off and use it as a single bed. Valet is $40/day which adds up if your spending a lot of days there, but they are quick to retrieve your vehicle and it's easy to drop off. Check in was easy and took all of 30 seconds to get the room cards. Tv channels were terrible, so plan to log into your own streaming platform on the smart tvs. Remember to log out when you leave! My family off 4 and mother in law all agree 100% we would stay here again. ##### Jeffrey C.
