Bright, cheerful + airy with open concept. Enclosed, glassed-in outdoor porch kitchen + thoughtful conveniences for most comfy stay, including electric remote adjustable bed with Heirloom Pillows and 12" temperpedic-like mattress. Large gazebo + seating attached to enclosed porch. Airy, vibrant and special.

Such a cute comfy room
The information regarding the Vrbo was accurate and check in details were perfect! Very comfy room and kitchenette. Gorgeous patio to sit and read books, and got to meet the most precious dog! The owner was so nice and helpful!

Great Stay
We really enjoyed our stay here and the host and her dog were lovely. The location was convenient to South Congress, downtown Austin (less than 10 min), and other areas surrounding Austin. This is a room attached to the home (with separate entrance) which we originally did not realize. We typically prefer a more private layout but for the price and location, this was wonderful. The cowboy pool was so refreshing. Overall a great vacation place!

Perfect Every Time
This was my 5th time to return to this property. When I’m in town for work or fun… this is always my go to place. The location is ideal for working on the UT campus and very close to downtown for excellent music and dining. The property is immaculate. It’s in a quiet neighborhood w/o The traffic and parking that you would have to deal with downtown. The host has provided everything I have ever needed. I book my trips based on the availability of this location. I would not stay anywhere else.
