Yes the paint isnt perfect, there's a hole or two where door stops got pushed through the door or wall, but it is a great place for 8-10 people who want to spend time together and be right around the corner from everything UT!!! The place was filthy. There were stains on the walls, the bottom of our feet were filthy from walking on the floor, and the main bathroom door was broken so no one had privacy. We reached out to the owners several times about our situation but no one ever responded back. We won’t be coming back. ##### Justin M. When getting to the apartment we were stuck outside due to not having gate codes, when trying to go up to the sixth floor the elevators were broken. Once we finally made it the door the code was incorrect, after we finally got the right code and going into the home the floors were super dirty like they had not been swept or mopped in some time. ##### Paule D.
