Recently renovated, filled with plants and light, this is a standalone backyard bungalow with its own kitchen/bath right next to a small in-ground pool. Fast mesh network Wifi. Fire stick TV with free access to Netflix/HBO Max/Disney+. Peaceful shared backyard. Quiet, safe residential neighborhood just a 15-20 minute drive away from the hippest parts of town. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared backyard- common sitting areas, hammock, fire pit, pool, and to use the shared laundry room (on request, max 1-2 loads per week). Other things to note There is a sweet, friendly, quiet couple who live in their converted schoolbus on the property. They have a medium-sized senior dog and two cats in the bus with them. Dog is friendly to adults but can be aggressive towards small children unfortunately. There is also a tiny house on wheels on the property and front main house where host lives with small friendly dog. Animals are mostly indoors but may be let out into the yard on occasion, supervised. Please respect my home and treat it with care! \-Please remove shoes before entering the house. \-House is on septic, so guests must be mindful of what is flushed/put down the drains (only toilet paper and human waste down the toilet, no wipes/tampons, no food/coffee grinds down the kitchen drain). \-No smoking/420 allowed. \-No undisclosed extra guests or pets allowed. \-No loud late parties, quiet time after 11pm to be considerate to other guests/our neighbors. Notice of Non-Liability: The pool bungalow is set in the backyard of a home with some areas of uneven ground. It has an additional amenity of usage of a small in-ground pool that is on the property. The pool is unfenced/ungated, there is no lifeguard on duty, and there are no handrails to steps in the pool. Guest acknowledges these conditions and that use of the property and the pool is at their own risk. Guest agrees to indemnify Owner and Owner’s Agent and save Owner and Owner’s Agent from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees in connection with the loss of life, personal injury, illness, and/or damage to the property arising from or out of any occurrence in, upon, or about the premises, occasioned by an act or omission by Owner, Owner’s Agent, Guest or other occupants. OWNER and OWNER’S AGENT SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES OR INJURY to Guest or Guests: It is expressly understood and agreed that Owner and Owner’s Agent will not be liable for any damages or injury to Guest or other occupants and their property from whatever cause arising from the occupancy of said premises, both inside and outside of the house, whether on the property or elsewhere. It’s a quiet property with a couple other small domiciles, one being a school bus home. It’s all very tidy, quiet, and the host was fabulous. The casita itself was just perfect for the two of us. You are 10 minutes to downtown, convenience shops, airport. The stay was quiet and relaxing. I love the backyard feel and the casita was awesome. Clean comfortable and would accommodate any type of stay you wanted. Listing tells you all you need to know. As far as the bungalow and shared use of the grounds are concerned, it is a good value. If you need a kitchen range, look elsewhere, but the inductive burner and microwave make eating in a snap. Too many thoughtful touches to list, including a few beers in the fridge, breakfast items and coffee supplied.
