The condo was immaculate with 2 spacious bedrooms and baths...one of the bathrooms was humongous. With giant shower stall...double sinks and a BIG jet tub...AND a massive walk in closet!! Couldnt ask for anything more...fully equipped kitchen and washer dryer...We enjoyed hanging out on the comfy patio furniture on our private balcony and watching deer running around everywhere. Our unit was nice if you didn’t look too close cob webs on the roof, paint peeling around the bathroom vent AC didn’t work well and took a full day to get cool. The extra AC unit in the Master pops the breaker and and was not attached to the outside vent so hot air was coming in. I fixed that but with a little effort this place could be nicer. Steven the host was very kind and accommodating. He even extended our check out time to 12 pm. The unit was clean and well stocked. However there were a couple of things that weren’t awesome. The a/c needs work. It took a very long time to cool. But eventually did. The host tried to arrange repair twice but had cancellations each time. The ceiling fan in the living room wouldn’t move very fast, which was important since the a/c was struggling. But there were box fans in the closets so that helped a lot. The unit needs some updates for sure for the hefty rental price. $750 for two nights! But overall the stay was good. ##### Michael L. Well stocked kitchen. WiFi worked well. The welcome basket of snacks, water and wine were very much appreciated. Everything was very clean and all of the appliances were in working order. The condo was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The pool area was nice and relaxing. The views of the lake were beautiful and we especially enjoyed seeing all of the deer. The location of the condo was near a town with stores and restaurants. We also did the nearby winery. The hosts were very personable and answered any questions before and during our stay. We are already talking about coming back next summer with our husbands and the boat! The nature surrounding was beautiful and great atmosphere along with a fishing paradise. Plenty of spots to fish from with an abundant amount of giant fish. Our room was spacious and the jacuzzi tub in the master was a bonus! Our children enjoyed the double beds in their room, the balcony and feeding the deers in the evening time. We walked in with a snack bowl and beverages, which made us feel so welcomed. They also had a binder with useful information, restaurants nearby as well as boat/ski rentals that were in the area. Super host is an understatement, the hosts went above and beyond to ensure the room was clean and ready to go, including pots/pans, coffee, cooking utensils, cups, etc.. Washer/ Dryer in the unit helped with keeping our clothes clean and dry. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a beautiful getaway without traveling too far. We will for sure be coming back. Loved the quietness of the complex. Very pretty. Convenience and location of parking space to the elevator and condo was perfect. Was super pleased with the cleanliness of the condo. Ample bedding, towels, pillows, and make up remover clothes!we enjoyed the snacks left for us. Everything we needed was there, we just needed to bring food. Living room furniture was rough, but we had been informed that the new furniture hadn’t come in yet. Just some things we noted that may need some attention soon, a little paint, microwave , sheers needed in living room, and blinds don’t completely close in the master bed room. That being said, we were very pleased with the unit and our stay. Pet peeve: the control box for the front door lock, is super bright at night and strobes! We just tossed a wash cloth over it. Also would be helpful toadd a “Tip Sheet” in your Welcome book, explaining how to use all the remotes and TV. ##### Carlos A. The condo was very clean, beds were all very comfortable, and iTrip Vacations was great to work. Check-in was easy (no contact), and we had a very nice welcome gift waiting for us. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to recharge after months in of staring at the same walls. The pools and exercise room were open and everyone was practicing social distancing and wearing masks - we felt very safe while there and will definitely be back.
