This home is located in a quiet neighborhood of north Austin, so you can enjoy some peace and quiet while still being close to everything! The home has been professionally decorated with comfort and quality in mind for our guests- comfy beds, plush linens, Smart TVs, a great outdoor space, dining areas to gather around, a fully equipped kitchen, and more! The one-story home offers large living, dining, and kitchen areas as well as 4 spacious bedrooms boasting three queen-sized beds and a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom, which is tucked away from the rest of the house. There are 2 bathrooms- one is shared with the toilet and shower area able to be separated and the other is an oversized ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower and jetted soaking tub. There are 2 desk spaces- perfect for those working remotely! There is also a laundry room and a 2-car garage. The kitchen is well-equipped with items like a Kitchenaid Stand Mixer, Keurig, coffee maker, crockpot, blender, baking dishes, and the list goes on! The family room has tons of natural light, comfy seating, and a fireplace you can all gather around to either play games or enjoy the smart TV! The master jacuzzi tub was wonderful. The whole place was really clean. The gas fireplace made it really cozy. The couple of times I contacted management they responded quickly. It was really nice to be able to park in the garage. The issue I had with the property was the bed. It was very firm and we were uncomfortable. Kitchen is stocked with functional appliances and glassware for various occasions (i.e. shot glasses, wine glasses, pint glasses, unique rocks glasses. The beds were comfortable and appropriate amount of bedding to keep you warm. All of the bedrooms felt spacious. Garage door openers are provided in case you need needed to park your car inside. I had no problem fitting a Honda Accord in the garage. Laundry detergent pods and dishwasher tabs were provided during my stay and was definitely useful as our booking was 2wk long. The property management team communicated via text, responded in a reasonable amount of time, and were accommodating of my needs. The neighborhood is not too far from a main road and Highway 183, but it’s far enough that it’s VERY quiet. The neighborhood itself is quiet and the neighbors seem friendly. We were unable to cancel, as we were within days of the stay and there is a 30 day cancel rule to get a refund. I think that's excessive. Nevertheless, we came and found a home in okay shape, but there lots of little things that could have been better. When we first arrived, the house was 58 degrees inside. The heater was turned on, and it was fine by the evening. In the rooms there is a fan with a remote. The remotes hardly worked, so lights and fan speed was hard to control. Lights have dimmers, and some wouldn't stay bright. The yard was mostly mud, so dragging mud inside was impossible not to do. Location was great for coffee, food, and entertainment. Not the worst at all, and I appreciate the property manager talking through the weather issue quickly, but I won't book here again. ##### Matt S. Stayed 4 nights in Nov 2023 Verified ### 6/10 Okay #### Romy H. 12 Mar 2022 Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy Disliked: Cleanliness #### Ok not great The location is ok and the house is a good size but it was not cleaned well at all (hair/dust in the bathroom). Since the house was bought and run by a company exclusively as an VRBO it is pretty minimally outfitted. Only a couple of dishwasher pods, toilet paper rolls, one roll of paper towels, etc. No tissue boxes. No condiments or cooking oil and bare minimum of cooking pans/pots/utensils which made it tricky to cook for our family of four. They also keep track of the number of all plates, bowls, and cups (labeled on the shelf where they are stored) which makes it seem like they will charge you for a missing cup. Living room furniture is uncomfortable, most likely because it was bought for staging and not living. Overall disappointing and would not return. ##### Romy H. Stayed 8 nights in Feb 2022 ---
