This expansive property has plenty of space for your group to enjoy lake living. Grill and dine outside on the covered patio or at the party dock on the lake. Lounge in the sun on the dock or by the pool and hot tub. Adirondack chairs throughout so you can relax with that lake view and breeze. There is a convertible dining table where you can also play ping pong or pool inside. With a secondary living area downstairs, the main house is where your group can spread out to watch movies or play games. The attached Guest quarters features two more bedrooms and another living area with sofa and TV. There is an additional studio across the way where we can set up 4 luxury air beds with our luxury linens. With updated modern decor and windows and views in nearly every room, this is the next place for your gathering. This property is regularly set for 18 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 27 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee.
