- Welcome to your own quiet oasis...just minutes from all the action and food Austin has to offer. This stunning 2 bed/2.5 bath property was built in February of 2022. The fully stocked kitchen, upscale finishes, high ceilings and comfortable beds will make you feel right at home! Complete with a huge private backyard and one car garage...it is perfect for a weekend getaway or a long stay!

Surrounded by trees...you will forget that you are so close to downtown. Downtown is a short drive away with a route that avoids most of the traffic. Ladybird lake, many restaurants and stores...including Walgreens, Starbucks and the best tacos in Austin...are a short walk away.

One car garage on the property. Very Easy to get an Uber downtown…only a 10 min ride.
