With a fence covered patio with outdoor dining area, gas grill, hot tub and an AMAZING POOL. It is like having your own private resort for the weekend. Inside this upscale home, natural light flows easily throughout from many oversized windows. A gourmet kitchen will tempt the family chef, while luxury baths will rejuvenate and pamper you. Four spacious bedrooms: King, Queen, Queen, and two Queens, comfortably accommodate 10 guests. 12 with Queen sleeper. I will give them space. I'm available by text or email if needed Lake Travis is a reservoir on the Colorado River in central Texas. It’s also a popular vacation destination across Texas and beyond, with no shortage of entertainment options for the whole family. Boating, swimming, fishing, and water-skiing are always at the top of the list of things to do at Lake Travis, but it goes far beyond water sports. Take to the skies instead on a zipline tour, catch some live music at The Oasis, or enjoy a round of golf at one of the 8 nearby courses. Those looking for culinary adventures won’t be disappointed, either! The range of restaurants is impressive, from casual to romantic to upscale, and from seafood to steak to barbecue - and everything in between. Wine and beer lovers will love the plethora of wineries and breweries available to taste, savor, and maybe find their new favorite. We will send each guest a code for access. Perfect for families or groups of friends, Lakeside Luxury offers the additional amenities that discerning travelers have come to expect. Here, you’ll enjoy easy access to high-speed WiFi and a washer/dryer. King bedrrom with en suite bath, Queen Bedroom, Queen Bedroom, Bedroom with two Queens and Queen sleeper sofa in living. LIVING SPACES A modern and stylish great room will quickly become your favorite spot to hang out indoors. High ceilings and wall-to-wall windows perfectly complement dramatic black leather furnishings for a sleek, polished atmosphere. For a laid-back evening in, stream your favorite show or the newest blockbuster movie on the flat-screen TV. KITCHEN AND DINING The gourmet kitchen is decked out in contrasting black and white, with a bold patterned accent wall, white subway tile backsplash, and quality stainless steel appliances. Preparing the family’s favorites will be a culinary adventure here! The adjacent dining table for 8 sits underneath a uniquely contemporary chandelier. It offers an interesting juxtaposition of material elements with a weathered wood dining table and metal chairs. BEDROOMS AND BATHS The primary bedroom suite offers a serene respite, with modern furnishings, a comfortable king bed, dual nightstands and lamps, and a TV. The ensuite bath features double vanities, another dramatic accent wall, and a tiled walk-in shower. The two guest rooms each provide a queen bed, dual nightstands and lamps, ceiling fan, and wall-mounted TV. These bedrooms share a hall bath with a tub/shower. OUTDOOR AMENITIES Outdoors, the tall privacy fence around the covered patio where you can enjoy a family barbecue using the gas grill and dine al fresco at the teak dining table for 6\. When the evening turns cool, sink into the bubbling jets of the hot tub and feel the last of your cares melting away. The rear covered patio is surrounded by a 6 ft privacy fence. Inside the fence is a gas grill, outdoor dining and a hot tub. There is no access to the backyard. Most of our guests drive to the property. A vehicle is necessary to get the best benefit from your Lake Travis vacation. The closest airport is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (ABIA). No smoking or vaping. No pets. No parties or events.
