Terrible host!!

We arrived at the house late in the evening. It was very dark and the security light would only stay on for a couple of minutes. The code to the door would not work. I tried calling the host numerous time to no avail. His message said to text him. I text him multiply times to try to get into the property. He never responded l. Finally after 10pm after arriving at 6pm. We were able to find the sliding door to the master bedroom left open. So we were able to enter. We had to be gone by 5:30am the next morning. So to say the least no one got a good nights rest. I would totally not recommend staying at this location if you cannot get into the property in a timely manner. I am requesting a full refund as this was a horrible experience!!!
