Other Things to Note: Here are some important things to note: PET POLICY: a- 2 pets maximum unless we discuss otherwise. b- Pets must be disclosed, otherwise, a $250 fee will incur. c- Our pet fee is $25/night. It will be included in your total charges once you add your pet in the reservation. The fee provides you with the following: 1- Folding crate (36.5 x 23.25 x 24.75\. Please fold after use and watch your fingers while folding/unfolding) 2- bed. 3- Waste bags. 4- Leash. 5- Food/ water bowls. 6- Towels (please use the grey ones for your pet). 7- Treats (availability isn't guaranteed). c- Dogs must be crated if you are away. d- Pets are not allowed in bed. There is a couch cover in the TV console if needed for your pet. SMOKING: Smoking of any type is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Smoke smells or other evidence of smoking will result in extra fees or loss of security deposit. SECURITY: Security cameras are present around the exterior of the property. EARLY CHECK-IN: Guests who would like to check in early will be required to pay $15 for every hour before 4 pm. ex. 2pm check-in would be a $30 fee. No earlier than 1:30 pm LATE CHECK OUT: Guests who want to check out later than 11 am. are required to pay $15 for every hour after 11 am. No later than 2pm. \*\*Please be advised that any unapproved late checkout will incur a $60 per hour fee, as our housekeeping team will be on the clock waiting for guests to depart. \*\*For the safety of all our guest we require the main booker to upload their photo ID within our Check-in Form. The decor was beautiful and the condo had everything we needed. Check in was a breeze and communication with the host was very easy. Basher gave us several dining recommendations that were amazing...... we loved Loro, Canje and Intero. The location was perfect, not far from anything although we did rent a car.
