Other Things to Note: Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. We provide some bath essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, toilet paper, and some garbage bags. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay. Pack-n-Play travel crib (with sheets) & high chair are available upon request. Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. The unit and the stay were perfect. Quiet: although there were guests with children in the other side of the duplex during our stay, we didn't hear a thing. Our place was attractive and nicely equipped for our needs. Comfy beds, good living space, cool AC, and covered parking. Lounge area in the large back yard that we took advantage of to sun. The unit was in a single family residential neighbourhood, but had close and convenient access to I-35 and Downtown as well as to to the airport. The host suggested local walking and driving attractions including the quirky Whip-In, with 70 beers on tap and yummy curry / Indian menu, which was a 4-minute walk from the unit. One question/feedback to host was responded to within a few minutes. This is what a VRBO experience should be about: quality property, no surprises, attentive host, and value for money. As a side note, although most of TX was under cloud on eclipse day, we were also incredibly lucky to see an unobstructed entire eclipse totality of more than four minutes in Llano TX, about 60 miles away. \*Icing on the cake.\* ##### Todd S. We stayed for 6 weeks. The location of this house is perfect. It is very walkable to many places including South Congress, (10-15 minutes) the hike and bike (15 minutes), and even over to the downtown (30-40 minutes) or (30-40 minutes) Rainey street. We loved being very close to the action but also having the quiet of the Travis heights neighborhood. The apartment is very comfortable, well appointed, and has everything we needed. This duplex unit is i an extremely convenient area to many activities in Austin. It is close enough to downtown and easy access to everything on S Congress. The pictures are accurate. The place is clean and a good value. It has not had a full renovation like many older places, so no fancy appliances, counter tops, etc. not a problem for us. My only note is the kitchen is very limited in cooking utensils (please buy a vegetable peeler).
