The area is in close proximity to dining, shopping, and entertainment. Just one street over from the nightlife of trendy Rainey Street. Minutes to 6th St, South Congress. Rooftop pool with amazing skyline view, peloton bikes, gym. We offer robes, Nespresso, and a Desk space. This condo in the heart of Austin features a large living room, a comfy king sized bed, a large, flat-screen TV with cable and all the basic amenities for a cozy stay including a bar and a full-sized kitchen. The balcony boasts stunning views of Lady Bird Lake and a spacious outdoor seating for two. You can also take advantage of the pool and gym access including personal spinning rooms. This condo is perfect for solo travelers or couples visiting the area to take on many activities including hiking at Barton Creek greenbelt and kayaking at Lady Bird Lake. We are minutes to the Convention Center, South Congress, 6th St, Bat Bridge and just about everything else there is to see and do in Austin. RENTAL RULES We love that we can share our home with you but please treat the home, belongings, and property with care. We reserve the right to remove guests without refund for violating these house rules, misuse of the space as a short-term lodging accommodation, or conduct that disturbs the general peace and comfort of other guests, managers, property caretakers, and homeowners. 1\. Pool: Guest understands that a pool is available on the property for their use. Guest assumes any and all liability from use of said pool. No glass of any kind is permitted in or near the pool. If broken glass is found in the pool, guests may be responsible for the cost to drain and clean the pool. Please carefully read pool waiver. 2\. Parents/Guardians must closely supervise their toddlers and children at all times. 3\. Well-behaved and well-trained pets may be permitted with prior approval from the host. An additional fee of $50 per pet per night (2 pets max). Pets must be treated with flea & tick preventative and up to date on shots. 4\. No Unregistered Guests. Please abide by occupancy limits. People other than those set forth above may not be on the property at any given time. Any person on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. If there are more guests than disclosed in the Rental Party, Guest will be charged $50 per additional guest for each day of the reservation and all guests may be evicted without refund and a $250.00USD service fee. 5\. The property is privately owned; the owners or property manager are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners, Bonhost LLC and its representatives are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 6\. No illegal substances are to be used, sold, or distributed on the property. 7\. No parties and/or loud music. Please respect the neighbors and their privacy. Excessive noise may result in termination of your stay without refund and a $250.00USD service fee. 8\. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. If any furniture is moved, please move it back to its original position upon checkout. 9\. No Smoking. The security deposit (also called “damage deposit”) will automatically become forfeited for smoking indoors and additional remediation expenses may be imposed. 10\. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 11\. Practice safety at all times. 12\. Parking: Please refer to house manual for parking instructions. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 13\. Housekeeping: Please keep the home tidy and follow checkout procedures. There is no daily housekeeping service. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, we do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house. Do not leave wet towels on the furniture. 14\. Checkout is at 11AM. Late checkouts may be subject to a $100/hr fee as we often have new guests arriving and schedule cleaners to arrive soon after 11AM. 15\. If any fines, damage, or liability are incurred because of guest’s use of the premise whether due to HOA violations or otherwise. Guest will be responsible for such payment. 16\. Weather, Disease, Acts of God and Unforeseen Circumstances: Bonhost LLC, nor homeowner, and their respective representatives, are not liable for any inconveniences, delays or Guests inability to access a unit as a result of any temporary or permanent issues which arise from weather, construction, road closures or conditions, natural disasters, reasons for travel including the cancelation of events or conferences, government orders, diseases, pandemics, viruses, illnesses, closings, pollution or other acts of God which are beyond Bonhost LLC’s control. We encourage Guest to purchase a travel insurance policy that will allow you to cancel for any reason. The place was perfect with a pull out couch bed. The unit is very clean and well appointed. The rooftop pool is a fun place to hang out and cool off. We could easily walk to downtown, the river walk, and Rainey Street bars and restaurants. The view from the unit is amazing. Would definitely stay here again. ##### Dawn E. The location is perfect for going both north and south in Austin or walk downtown. The unit is really nice with great views and nice decorative touches. The living room and kitchen were very spacious and the bedroom was very comfortable. The condo building itself has a fantastic heated pool area, a fully equipped gym and a coffee shop / bar on the main floor. The condo location was perfect for us. We enjoyed runs on the Lady Bird lake trail, Food/Drinks on nearby Rainey street and comedy/live music on 6th Street. ##### John S. The double-window wall is great! You are facing another building on one side, but it's far enough away that you can see past it to the water even on that side. The pool is nice and the folks at the valet and front desk are helpful. I love that the apartment has a real desk with a real office chair, too. The bed is comfortable and I found the room stays fairly dark for while even after sunup, which is nice if you want to sleep in a bit. (Thanks, building next door!) ##### Rae D. Only negative was it was an 18 minute walk to the Austin Convention Center and the ad says 9 minute walk. So, i took cabs, but other than that, this place was amazing. The owner was very helpful. I did not mind the cabs, it was very humid, anyway. So, even 9 minute walk would have been a cab or uber. The view is amazing. I did not knock any points. It was very nice! We loved staying here! My husband said that having the views from the living room and rooftop pool makes you feel like your on top of the world and NOT confined by four walls. We didn't spend too much time in the condo itself since we took advantage of being within walking distance of many area restaurants, walking trails, Rainey St clubs and food trucks (Yum!), convenience market stores, etc but it was very nice to come back to such a nice place at the end of the day and relax out on the balcony or up on rooftop and pool area. The host stayed in communication with us daily, via messaging, and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo is well stocked, clean and has a very comfortable bed. What more can I say?
