About this property

Best neighborhood in ATX! Walk to shops, dining, grocers, studios.

  • Clarksville is the best neighborhood! Safe, charming, and an easy walk to food, spas, yoga studios, town lake for hikes or kayaks. One parking spot included. The condo is supplied with plenty of towels, kitchen and grooming, basics, iron, coffee, snacks... NOTE- Air conditioning is with window units. This vintage building’s central AC is too weak for hot Texas summers. Please note this inconvenience is reflected in fees.

    The space
    The condo is an end unit on the second floor. The unit has a balcony that overlooks the swimming pool and 6th Street. The building is one of two in this fairly small condo complex. There is a reserved parking spot in the lot of the complex.

    You will have access to the entire condominium.

    Other things to note
    Check in is any time after 3PM. Check out is 11AM. When it is time to leave don't worry about bedding or towels. You're on vacation. Relax- we'll cleanup for you.
