Located in Austin's eclectic east side, this home is just 5 minutes from downtown Austin and Lady Bird Lake. It is also just a 15 minute Uber ride to Circuit of the Americas, where many of Austin's biggest festivals take place throughout the year.

This home features modern styling throughout its 1725 sq ft interior. It includes an open kitchen, new appliances, a game room, and a private patio; it's perfect for both families and festival goers. The property is just a short Uber or Lyft ride away from the many parks and bars that Austin has to offer. The neighborhood is also quiet, however, and just off the beaten path.

You'll find the open downstairs area prefect for entertaining. The 65" 4k HD Smart TV is equipped with Netflix and many other apps. Connected to the downstairs living room is a single car garage with a ping pong table and a private patio with a grill. The bedrooms are all located upstairs, with the master nd 2nd bedroom containing queen beds and the 3rd bedroom containing two sets of bunk beds. All of the bedrooms contain smart TVs and have access to multiple upstairs bathrooms.

Nice spot to catch F1 at COTA
Nice updated, stylish property with comfortable beds and nice amenities. The house could have been cleaner and had dog hair in the rug, trash under the beds and dust bunnies in the corners. Beyond that, would definitely stay again. Owner is nice, communicative and check in/out was easy. Ping pong in the garage was fun!!

Great space
My group was in town for a bachelor party. The open layout main floor was great for hanging out. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor patio. The ping pong table was fun to use and the seating / couch area was comfortable. The unit had plenty of beds, linens, towels, etc. for us. The patio door didn't have a screen on it, which eventually allowed for flys to enter the room. Otherwise, great stay!

Very clean and nice place!
We stayed for 3 days and it was great! Everything was clean and ready for us once we got there. Its location is so close to 6th street and a nice quieter neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Great house with a super helpful property manager
Our group loved the space. It was clean, modern and had great mingling space as well as private rooms for when you wanted to time to relax. The property manager was also super helpful and took the time to send us a list of nearby restaurants and other points of interest. We would highly recommend staying here! Lots of great things to do!
