Good location if you are visiting lake Travis. I was not impressed by the upkeep of the house for the price. The large windows on the house were extremely dirty and there were a lot of cob webs in the corners of the windows as well. Stained carpet and the theater room panels and decorations were falling off the walls. Overall a nice stay but the house could be in better condition based on the pics shown and price per night. The house is very spacious and has large common areas including an open kitchen / dining area. It's located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to the Lake Travis so it's ideal for anyone looking to spend time at the lake. Getting into downtown Austin is also an easy 30min drive.
