This cozy 3-bedroom home with a covered deck is perfect for family adventures or a peaceful nature getaway. 1 minute from ATX Wake Adventures, 2 minutes from Lake Travis Zipline, 4 minutes from Volente Beach Resort, and 30 minutes from downtown Austin. Close to great restaurants and shopping at Lakeline Mall. A private hiking trail begins right behind the house, wonderful to explore the outdoors. Note: there is no direct walking access to the lake from this. There were multiple sets of kitchenware, the charcoal grill had everything ready for use.
