This home is a pristine gem, freshly completed in 2023, and thoughtfully designed to offer a delightful and comfortable vacation experience.  
  
The living room boasts an impressive 86" 4K smart TV, seamlessly connected to high-speed WiFi internet, and directly linked to the inviting kitchen and dining space.  
  
Step out into the outdoor oasis featuring a private patio with a 65" TV, perfect for indulging in relaxation and entertainment.

Guests will have full access to the entire home and outdoor spaces. The garage and owner's private closet are not accessible.  
  
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

All payments and cancellations must be performed on the platform.  
  
PET POLICY:  
\- Separate pet policy must be agreed on.  
\- Additional $250 refundable pet deposit is required to cover for accidental damages.  
\- $100 per stay  
\- Aggressive breeds and dogs under 1 year not permitted  
\- Dog waste must be picked up by guest  
\- Dogs must be crated if guest is leaving the property  
\- Dogs must be on lease at all times  
\- Dogs not allowed upstairs  
\- Dogs not allowed on furniture  
  
Violating any of these rules may result in fines of up to $500 per day.  
  
SMOKING RULES:  
Smoking is only permitted in the designated area by the outdoor ashtray. Smoking of any kind (including vapes or similar devices) is strictly prohibited indoors. Should smoking be detected insde the property, the booking will be promptly terminated, and a fine of $500 per night will be imposed. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in maintaining a fresh and enjoyable environment for all our guests.  
  
GOOD NEIGHBOR PROTECTION PROGRAM:   
This home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

#### Wonderful Wedding Weekend

The house was the perfect staging place for our son's wedding weekend. We had space to be together or alone with family and groomsmen coming and going. Everything was clean and the decor was very inviting. The host was amazing in accommodating our requests! We did not get to use the nearby amenities much do to weather and our business, but the area is beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet! Thank you for a memorable weekend!

#### Great House for Families

We got this house for a family get together. It was perfect. Lots of room to spread out. There is a grocery store and Starbucks within 5 minutes. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. Owners were very easy to work with on adding a night. We didn’t have a chance to use the amenities, but nice to have that access. Nice family neighborhood with good trails. Recommend!

#### Worked great for a place to hang out.

Very clean. The weather was bad so we stayed inside. The poker room was fun for the adults as the kids watched the TV in the upstairs bonus room.They do need to put new strings on the guitar. One was broken.

This house was awesome!! Equipped with everything you needed. Beautiful and I love the shoes being removed at entry - you know you have a clean home. The layout is great to have multiple family and friends with privacy. Couldn’t have asked for anything else. We had last minute changes that was accommodated. Thank you thank you!

#### Fake charges / door knobs are broken and not repaired 

This property doesn’t care for hosts, all they want is money . They charged me after 3 weeks of my stay saying one of the king duvet was urinated , I asked for proof and they haven’t responded as of this review
