Guests can enjoy a scenic view of Lady Bird Lake and the city beyond while taking a walk along The Boardwalk. While there are certainly public transportation options such as buses and individual transportation options such as scooters/bikes/mopeds, these options are mainly convenient and readily available around the downtown Austin area and quickly becomes sparse even a couple miles outside of city center. Please be aware. \- Please be aware that Texas is known for having all sorts of bugs and creatures, especially during the summer/when season changes/when it’s raining, that wander around and can sometimes get into the home. Bugs and creatures such as silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches/waterbugs, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, ants, etc. are all very common in Texas and the South in general, and might show up in the home from time-to-time. The presence of a few of these critters, especially if they are found dead, does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else. \- Guests will need to download the Chirp Access phone app to open the community gates to enter the complex, as the gates are only open-able through this app. Interaction with Guests: We are available to virtually assist guests 24/7, whenever you need us. My husband and close friends of family decided to make a fun get away weekend for our son’s birthday. First I have never had any problem with VRBO booking vacation property’s in which the account was in my husband’s name. This booking was challenging and hard. We had a tough time with the app, we could not get into apartment because my name at first was not on the booking. The entire process was rough. The apartment was nice despite no cover sheet.
