Toothpaste on the counter from previous guest. This property is definitely in need of some care & attention. Checked out after 1 night of a 7 night stay. Only received refund for half of what I paid. One of the elevators was not functioning, but another was available at the other end of the building. The apartment needs a fresh coat of paint and a deep cleaning. It could also use area rugs or other items to absorb noise. An additional lamp or two in the living area would also be beneficial. The bedroom storage is only in the closet, with an upper rack. There is no drawer space in the bedroom for clothes other than the drawers located in the bathroom. Parking is managed through an app, and it took us 3 days and 3 phone calls to the support team and using various logins until it finally worked. Each time, the person on the phone was unable to open the gate remotely. Luckily, each time we were able to enter the parking deck when someone was driving out of the deck. The support staff was very quick to respond via phone, text and email, but it still took days to resolve.
