In ground pool and hot tub are all set for a nice sunny day! Generous four bedroom home in Cedar Park with open floor plan featuring master bedroom with pool view, family Room, Office, formal Dining, full kitchen, breakfast nook, powder bath on the main level with great natural light & high ceiling. Upper level features three Bedrooms, with a shared bathroom and a large game Room with pool table. \*Please consider following before booking: 1) Requires minimum 6 months lease 2) Property backs up to 183A toll road which gives a great connectivity to different parts of Austin however you may experience some street noise from traffic in backyard & little street noise in the house which is hardly noticeable when TV is on. 3) Rent only covers heating of hot tub. Pool heating is not covered in the rent.
