Upon arrival it was nice and easy to get there I noticed. There were lots and pans in the kitchen, a fridge, a stove and an oven. The problem was the dishwasher. Upon opening the dishwasher we were bombarded by gnats flying out of the dishwasher. That’s it for the kitchen. The living room is nice and spacious and the patio is nice and cute for a breath of fresh air. Also the master bed room had no warm water running so we were all forced to shower in the extra bathroom. Other than the bathroom and the dishwasher I’d say this was a just decent stay but well worth the price.

Beware of Cleanliness Issues and Hidden Rules
Most house rules were not listed upfront and were only provided after payment, with additional rules in the checkout reminder. There was at least one camera (Ring doorbell).The house is in an older neighborhood, with better-maintained duplexes across the street. A persistent chemical smell was present throughout my stay. Although the house appeared clean, issues like chipped paint, stained walls, a yellow stain in the hallway tub, chipped and peeled sink glaze in the matter bathroom, dead bugs, a pilled couch cover, and dirt in low-traffic areas made it feel dirty.Parking was limited to street parking despite being told driveway parking was available. A motorhome occupied the driveway, and the other driveway seemed to belong to the other unit. Note: driveway parking requires walking to the front entrance.Pros: Kitchen upgrades; minimum amenities; spacious living room: no carpet; responsive host; pet friendly but check if your pet(s) are approved due to the house rules; walkable neighborhood with a park, clean playground, and nearby trail; and friendly neighbors.
