Five Bedrooms, newly furnished and three full baths. Accommodates 14 beautifully with alternative arrangements available such as 5 King beds & 4 singles, or with all 14 singles. Alternate arrangements available in each of the 5 bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen, two refrigerators, and a stand-alone ice maker. The dining area has seating for 20. A coffee/wine wet bar. The property is tucked back, just off Hwy 290, shaded by mature oak trees, and a lovely water view. Deck overlooks undeveloped park land. In the City of Dripping Springs, a gateway to the Texas Hill County, the wedding Capital of Texas, right on the Texas 290 Wine Trail and only minutes from Austin.

Great location and property

Fantastic property. Host was very prompt on communication and worked to acommodate our group. Craft room attached to property was a hidden gem for ladies to use when getting ready for wedding
