The room was not clean. My key did not work. Even after telling the guy at the counter and having him fix, it still did not work. Paper towels dispenser in lobby bathroom did not work.

Room was nice and clean but for some reason air conditioner was not helping to cool the room no matter how low we set the temperature on thermostat. I wish AC would have worked well during our stay.

This hotel charged our visa a $500 pet fee and we did not have any pets with us when I contacted the manager she said clearly security footage has your husband with a dog… I said how do you know what my husband looks like?!?! I sent a picture of him and she said I could have just sent a picture of anyone!!! Was unwilling to give our money back. I had to contact my bank to dispute charge and manger Victoria Young of Holiday Inn will not return my call or emails.

The room was quite sloppy, the soap dispenser’s did not work, the caulking around the fixtures were sloppy. Sheets were rough. Although Breakfast was surprisingly decent.

Staff was very kind but the stay had a number of issues. My door and key card never worked so had to have the front desk let me in the room 6 different times. Coffee maker in room was only decaf. Orange juice was barely orange. No plates at breakfast. Etc. Nice hotel and staff but details were terrible.

I came to Lakeway early....and proceeded to the hotel. I arrived at 10am
Although checkin time at all hotels is at 3pm normally from my experience every hotel allows you to check in early....as long as they have a room available
When i arrived to the hotel the person at the front desk let me know that id have to wait until the room was ready...he told me that he asked housekeeping to get my room ready as soon as possible
I was greatful
after an hour i asked what was going on...and he assured me they would be preparing my room....
After two hours i asked what was going on....and he once again assured me that they would be preparing my room
After 3 hours i once again asked what was going on but this time my tone was a little different
The nice man at the front desk then asked a woman what is happening....and she told me...id have to wait till 3pm but....theyd allow me to checkin at 2pm....she said she apologized but the manager of the hotel refused to allow me to check in sooner
That managers name is Victoria....
I am disgusted by her behaviour
If your gonna need an early check...think twice about coming to this hotel

I was very unhappy and this property is very poorly maintained. I was awoken many times in the night to yelling and cussing. It turns out it was a staff member cussing out a guest in the middle of the night.

Sorry, you had a bad experience at our hotel. I was aware of the situation and It was the guest swearing at us for trying to stop the noise and arguing. We do apologize for the inconvenience this caused.
We enjoyed the one-night stay overall. The only reason I did not give 5 for all categories is the thermometer in the fitness room did not work and there was no water and towels in the room, so I was sweating in the room from the very beginning, not a good walkout experience.
