Quiet, safe residential neighborhood. Home was clean, clutter free, and simple, just enough space for us to comfortably enjoy our time in Austin as a family. Our two year old had his own room and a yard to play in. It was conveniently located in Zilker - close to playground and some restaurants (generally walkable). Kitchen, living area was very spacious. Sofa could have been more comfortable, but we managed. And the bed we chose to sleep in squeaked a bit! But overall, great property and owners! Nothing too fancy but very functional. Not a swanky neighborhood so there are always interesting things going on. Just expect that - it’s not a super quiet neighborhood for the ultra- rich.
