This custom home boasts style and comfort that is perfect for the family with a great open floor plan and spacious rooms as well as a game room with large sectional, card table, foosball, and fully stocked snack area. A great home for entertaining with chef’s kitchen and outdoor bar area just off the pool, hot tub and large yard! This property is regularly set for 8 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 13 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. It was spacious, lovely, immaculate, and well-appointed. The property management team was highly communicative, supportive, and responsive throughout the entire process, and they even threw in a few treats (including a homemade breakfast) during our friends' stay to make their experience in Austin every bit the holiday we were hoping they would have. We came here for a bachelorette party and it did not disappoint! The pool was so much fun, the kitchen was large and allowed us all to be together while we cooked, and we even played air hockey! If you are wanting to have a great time with friends, this house is it. Our concierge was super sweet and set up a mimosa bar.
