The management company was easy to get ahold of. Unfortunately, we had a few things happen during our stay which downgraded our comfort and enjoyment of our stay - call it a series of unfortunate events. There were only two top sheets on the king bed it took over 24 hours to get a comforter with repeated reminders. The shower was luke warm after our first night and when it was “fixed” by the building after a few nights, it took 10-15 minutes of the water being on to get to a comfortable temperature which is an incredible waste of water. The internet went out one day while my husband was trying to work. The refrigerator makes so much noise on and off throughout the day, it moves forward and we had to push it back in in order to use the dishwasher - we did not complain about this as it was the least of our worries compared to the cold/luke warm water.
