We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests\` privacy. 1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine) 2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance 3) No events or parties 4) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $85\. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $105\. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages caused. 5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. The location was very near where my son was moving and to where my daughter already lives. It was a quiet street but within walking distance to lots of cute shops, bars, and restaurants. The house itself, was even better than expected! So cozy and charming with plenty of room for my family. We enjoyed the covered patio and the outdoor seating as well. The house was clean and recently upgraded and had plenty of room for my wife and 8 year old grand daughter. While the combo to the front door didn't work, VRBO was quick to answer the phone and remotely unlock the door. But we didn't receive a working combo until the next day. The HVAC had a smart thermostat that we and the care taker couldn't figure out until the next day and it was a cold night. We would stay there again because of the location and now we know how to work the thermostat. ##### James B. I would caution to anyone considering this rental who has mobility challenges that the three front steps up to the porch don’t have a handrail. Otherwise the property is great. ##### Gayle R.
