We had 9 people in our group and we were very comfortable. The house is beautiful and the newly renovated front yard is awesome! To start Sarah was able to a accommodate a early check in for our group and when we arrived we were surprised with how beautiful the property was! There was several great things included in the home that weren’t listed in the description but I won’t spoil the surprise for the next visitors. My group of 12 was extremely happy and comfortable in this beautiful house! The location was ideal and there were great restaurants within walking distance, as well as easy parking around the house. Sarah was the best host we could have asked for in Austin! She offered to help us book paddle boarding, allowed us to check in early and check out late, and left us a welcome basket with wine and snacks! She truly thought of everything to make this a great stay for us and was always available via text if I had any questions. The owner made sure we had everything ready with no disruptions. Not to mention the amazing welcoming basket left for us.
