Very nice property, nice neighborhood close to grocery store and restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable. It would be nice to have a microwave in the kitchen, but other than that the kitchen was nice. The backyard could use some attention. The spa / Tub was not functioning, and the BBQ really needs an upgrade, not really very usable.
