Then we walked home and it seemed like a 20 minute walk. Also close to Franklin’s BBQ…..which our group feels is an absolute must for any trip to Austin for football and BBQ. House itself is well appointed, clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and quiet. The communication between myself and the owner was outstanding. Every response was prompt and spot on, a real pleasure to work with. I would have zero hesitation in booking here again, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for clean, comfortable, and convenient location. Loved it! ##### Chris B. The owner was great at communicating and alowed us to check-in early! We had a super early flight so we were so grateful for the early check-in. And even more grateful for the bottle of wine that greeted us!!! Just what we all needed! It was a beautiful night so we spent majority of the day/evening outside under the covered area off of the house. We were able to walk to a convenience store to get drinks for the night. Ordered some amazing BBQ from Terry Blacks! Highly recommend! Would for sure stay here again when there is more time to explore. Such a cute area. Felt very safe. Was quiet but also had a lot of people/couples/families out for walks and bike rides. Overall 5 out of 5!!! ##### Tara O.
