Experience cozy comfort near Tesla Gigafactory in our 4BR Austin home, ideal for professionals and families. Unwind in our warm, inviting living space, sleep peacefully in tranquil bedrooms, and stay productive with a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet. Our modern kitchen is perfect for home-cooked meals. Enjoy a spacious backyard relaxation and fun. Minutes from Tesla, it's the perfect blend of innovation and tranquility for your Austin stay.  
Feel free to reach out and ask any questions. As long time super hosts, our guests needs are our priority.  
  
Additionally, please be respectful to all your neighbors. Any house rules violated below may result in cancelation of your reservation and fees.  
  
1\. No smoking or you will be charged $1000 fee to get rid of the smoking smell  
2\. Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbors to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund of your stay and a $500 fine  
3\. We have a very strict no pets policy. Any violation of this will be a $500 fine.  
4\. We request you take off shoes as soon you enter. This really helps keep the place clean!  
5\. Please observe that Quiet Hours are from 9PM – 8AM  
6\. Any extra guest will be an extra $100 charge per night per extra guest  
7\. Please use the makeup towels provided to remove make up. Any damage to the non-makeup towels will result in a charge to replace the towel  
9\. We keep a track of inventory in the unit. If there is anything found missing, please note you will be charged for retail price  
10\. We ensure you have basic toiletries and supplies such as paper towels, hand soap, salt/pepper, etc and request you purchase your own if staying long term for more than 30 days.
