However, don’t let that deter you from renting. It is in a gated complex and while the neighborhood was sketch, we didn’t feel unsafe. I just wouldn’t be going out at night walking. The condo itself is very nice, clean and has everything you could need. There are a number of Short term rentals in the complex. Overall I’d rent it again. ##### Lauran S.
