Plenty of space for our group of 10\. The kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of gathering areas for playing games and visiting. My group really enjoyed the pool table and ping pong. The backyard and patio are amazing. Everything was clean. Plenty of linens and towels. The host is a great communicator and made everything easy as we planned our stay.
