The outdoor space could be something great with a few upgrades. We didn't use it at all, but would have if more than a folding table and chairs were available. Located within walking distance of many venues, bars and restaurants, with rideshares galore readily available as well. The management company responded rapidly to the small problem we had concerning the house not being ready when we arrived and sent a team to rectify the problem. ##### Cathi V. Short distance to EVERYTHING This house was too big for 3 people. 3 bedrooms in opposite corners of the house. Bathroom for each. The bed is unsleepable and feels like it has shifting plates of rock. The shower head was not operable. The upstairs shower was also not operable because entry into the shower was hindered by a non operstional shower door. The patio furniture does not match the pictures which others have mentioned. Fan in main room amd many lightd were out. Also, the fact that you uave to walk around the house to enter and go over rocks and pavers is not suitable for the elderly or anyone with disabilities. Ladtly, the seating looks attractive but is very uncomfortable for just sitting and talking. ##### John M. I like how the bedrooms were on different ends and levels of the house. We were only there for 3 nights so we didn't have much need for some of the extra living areas. I think it's a great space for families of all ages. We had two young children (3 & 7) so the back yard was not ideal since it has no lawn space. The patio furniture was a folding table and chairs. It would have been a much nicer with more comfortable outdoor furniture. Nevertheless we gathered outside and enjoyed the space. The home was very clean. The sleep number beds were great. They missed on stocking of dish washer detergent and garbage bags. We didn't cook except for breakfast but we had what we needed. We had no problems with the water but renters need to read about how it works to understand it. The location was great. It is within walking distance from the main strip with lots of restaurants and shops. The daily rate was reasonable but I thought the fees were high. Fees were more than the lodging portion.
