#### Convenient and quiet spot in North Austin

My friend and I stayed here while in town for the F1 race at COTA. We were an easy 10 minute drive from downtown and despite being close to a highway, heard none of that noise at night. The property felt safe and secure (all doors had multiple locks and physical barriers that could be added). The bed was really comfortable, and the kitchen had all necessary dishware and items, though we didn’t cook here. Appreciated having access to a washer and dryer too! Rob was very responsive to all messages and provided us with extra towels, soap, etc. when requested.

#### Cute little aparetment

Rob's place was just what we needed for the week after our son's wedding in Austin,. It was less than 5 minutes from his place, which was ideal. The property is very comfortable and super convenient to things in Mueller and general north Loop area. The area was very quiet, and the bed is comfortable. The kitchen is adequate for cooking--includes a rice maker, but not a toaster for some reason!! If you plan to cook, be sure to bring spices, however. Rob was very responsive to questions/requests, bringing over hangers, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and additional dishwasher tabs. I recommend staying here.
