On the main floor, you’ll find a wide-open living, dining, and kitchen area filled with natural light. Large glass doors lead out to the backyard, where a heated pool, hot tub, grill, and plenty of lounge space set the tone for long, easy days outdoors. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, including a spacious primary suite with a wraparound balcony and large ensuite. Every bedroom on this level opens to outdoor space—either a private balcony or the oversized terrace that wraps along the back of the home. Upstairs, the third-floor loft functions as a flexible fourth bedroom, with a queen bed and a futon that can sleep two more.
