Hello, we had a really nice stay up until Vacasa dropped the ball on service. For offering "24/7 customer service", nobody was able to help me...through the app, email, phone or text, even at the front desk. Nobody had the "ability" to assist with the late checkout feature offered to me though email. Their system was not working in the direct link and when I tried reaching via other options, was told it was too late despite no timestamp offered in the email.
The room was well appointed and perfect for two. Cell service was spotty and like they indicated, a ton of construction going on around but that seemed to be true for most places in Austin. Bedding was great, having a washer and dryer and full kitchen was perfect. Only one thing for the actual condo...when we checked in, the bathroom door had the entire lock cut out, looked to be with a saw and someone had kicked in the door from the bathroom door. I thought that was an interesting thing to continue renting in that condition (at that rate) with such an exposed hole. Hope they are able to fix and also figure out the service piece as it is a really nice, walkable property.
