I had some questions in the morning prior to check-in, but the Vacasa phone representative did not have the answers. The rental pictures are deceiving. I am not sure how they took the photographs, but they make the space seem larger than it actually is. The floors were filthy. I had a new pair of house shoes just for this trip. I only wore them INSIDE the unit. The soles are now black. The laundry detergent does not clean well. Wet puppy paws made dirty paw prints on the bathroom floor mat. One wash in the laundry did not clean the mat. I used dish detergent to soap the prints and rewashed twice. To think that is the same detergent used in cleaning the bedding makes me feel gross. The front door of the unit was missing the plate covering around the electronic door lock. With the one electrical outlet near the bed, only half of it worked, and that had the bed light plugged into it which was the only light in the room. It just seemed like the unit was not cared for. Overall, poor design of the unit. The living room and bed room have no overhead lights. There is only one towel bar in the bathroom. The dog park/pet run was not fully enclosed which allowed dogs to enter an outdoor seating area, but the design of the dog's water bowl was brilliant. There seems to be misleading information on the Natiivo Austin web page. I did not see a pet washing station and the coffee was only available a couple of hours in the morning. I will not stay here again. ##### Karla W.
