Downstairs: Master bedroom: 1 king bed, 1 single day bed Master bathroom: bathtub, walk-in shower, and double sinks Guest room #1: 1 queen bed (This room has the french doors with blinds for privacy) Guest room #2: 1 full bed, 2 twin beds (bunk bed) Half-bathroom Living room: 2 couches and a large TV. The TV is equipped with Amazon Fire TV that streams Netflix and other content. No cable TV. Kitchen: stainless steel appliances, gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. All needed basic cooking ware and dinnerware. The walk way to the house is a stone path and you could not just roll your suitcase to the door which was difficult, we are not as strong as we use to be. The beds were comfy enough, the light in one of the rooms upstairs not working. Pool not heated and had a cleaning contraption in it which was in the way. Biggest complaint was the CONSTANT reminders before we even got to the property that ONLY people listed could be on property and it would be monitored (are there hidden cameras all over?) and you would be subject to a $2000 fine. So I couldn't even have my son come over for a cocktail before we went out for dinner for fear of a fine. Also, the safe neighborhood? Lots and lots of homeless people, and places within walking distance? Had to walk through several homeless encampments to get there. VERY uncomfortable!! ##### David K.
